No need to pick up a massive chunk of steel like other smokers of comparable size.  It also Features a large 16" X 24" smoke chamber.  Inside are two  removable racks in the smoke chamber, totaling almost 700 sq. inches of indirect heat cooking area.   Positioned under the racks a removable heat convection plate equalizes the heat throughout the chamber.    We can design your grates the way you want them to look.  The grates are  CNC cut from 3/16 steel plate as well as an 11ga. CNC cut side shelf.  All shelves and grates can be custom designed to fit your wants and needs.
